Our story
Kukenam Camp is the brainchild of two passionate camp directors; Andreina Valenzuela and Andres Vidal, with over 28 years of camp experience. Born from their shared vision, we are a family-oriented camp that thrives on promoting the physical and mental development of children through games, healthy competition, and a whole lot of fun!

Day Camp
For children aged 5 to 14, Kukenam Day Camp offers over 25 diverse activities that combine recreation and education. Our bilingual program (English-Spanish) fosters language skills while campers enjoy a fun-filled day from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with extended care options available. All meals are included, featuring a diverse and delicious menu.
Sleepaway Camp
For campers aged 7 to 15, Kukenam Sleepaway Camp is nestled in the serene beauty of Orange Springs, near Ocala, FL. Our lakeside location boasts a wide array of water activities, sports, and games, all under the watchful eye of our trained staff and the personalize and direct supervision of our Camp Directors and co-funders Andreina and Andres. Campers enjoy a 14-day adventure filled with challenges and growth, all while relishing our homestyle menu.
